Shipping Policy
Any issues regarding delivery or transit of product should be addressed with the respective carrier. All orders are processed within 5-7 business days -not including holidays or weekends. Once the order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via the email provided. Depending on which type of shipment was selected at the checkout, shipping time may vary. Standard Shipping is about 1-3 business days. Expedited Shipping is about 2-4 business days. Orders are NOT shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery due to COVID-19. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Damage
The Experience Hair Collection is NOT liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We do ship outside the U.S. All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Please allow up to 14-21 business days for shipping.
